TradeLayer terms of service
These terms govern merchant use of the TradeLayer Shopify app and its connected storefront extension behavior.
Use of the app
Merchants may use TradeLayer only for lawful business purposes and in a way that complies with Shopify platform rules, applicable law, and any product-specific requirements communicated in the app.
Billing and entitlement
Certain functionality may depend on an active subscription or entitlement state. If billing becomes inactive, some storefront behavior or data sync paths may be disabled until entitlement is restored.
Theme and storefront responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for reviewing theme behavior before publishing changes to a live storefront, including visibility rules, pricing presentation, and cart or search restrictions.
